A major culture shock in Delhi followed by a next-to-a-panic-reaction... Escaping the hectic Indian metropol to Nepal by a non-stop bus.

Found eventually some peace of mind in a meditation center, then spent more than a month exploring the Annapurna National Park, incl. Tilicho Lake at 5000 m. Glad I brought the skis!
